FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all LipoJaro orders!
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship LipoJaro to customers worldwide. All orders include free shipping regardless of quantity or destination.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
3. Delivery Time Estimates
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas may take 8-10 business days
International Shipping:
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 10-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-16 business days
- Asia: 10-15 business days
- Other countries: 10-21 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
- Track your package directly through the carrier's website
- If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at contact@vital-roots.site
5. Shipping Address
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
- We ship to the address provided at checkout
- We cannot modify the address after an order has been processed
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- For apartment/suite numbers, please include in Address Line 2
6. International Shipments
Customs and Duties:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees
Customs Delays:
- International shipments may be delayed by customs processing
- Customs clearance times vary by country and are beyond our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
7. Carrier Information
We ship via reputable carriers including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL (for international orders)
- Other regional carriers as appropriate
The carrier is selected based on your location and current shipping efficiency.
8. Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice
- Follow the carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery or pickup
- Packages not claimed within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your building manager
- Contact the carrier to file a claim for lost packages
- We will work with you to resolve delivery issues, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately
- Contact us at contact@vital-roots.site within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you to verify the correct address
- You may be responsible for re-shipping costs
- If we cannot reach you within 30 days, we will process a refund minus original shipping costs
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately at contact@vital-roots.site to request changes or cancellation
- After Shipping: We cannot make changes once an order has shipped. You may refuse delivery or return the order according to our Refund Policy
11. Multiple Item Orders
- All items in an order typically ship together
- In rare cases, items may ship separately; you will be notified if this occurs
- You will receive tracking information for each shipment

All processing and shipping times refer to business days (Monday-Friday), excluding:
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- US Federal Holidays
- Major international holidays that may affect shipping

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods), please allow additional time for:
- Order processing (up to 3-4 business days)
- Carrier delays due to high shipping volumes
- We recommend ordering early during these periods
