We stand behind LipoJaro with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your purchase.
1. Our Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with LipoJaro for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request a refund within 60 days from the delivery date
- The product must be returned to our designated return address
- Original proof of purchase is required (order number or email confirmation)
- Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for refund
3. How to Request a Refund

- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your order number
- Include your name and email address used for the order
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
- We will respond within 1-2 business days
- We will provide the return address and instructions
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
Step 3: Return the Product
- Package the product securely
- Include your RA number on the package
- Ship to the provided return address
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Refund Processing
Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
Refund Amount:
- You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Credit card refunds: issued to the original card
- PayPal refunds: issued to the original PayPal account
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, contact us to arrange an alternative
8. Multiple Bottle Orders
- For orders with multiple bottles, all bottles must be returned for a full refund
- Partial returns are accepted but will be refunded proportionally
- Package deals follow the same 60-day guarantee policy
9. Conditions and Exceptions
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products returned after 60 days from delivery date
- Products returned without a valid Return Authorization number
- Original shipping charges
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately
- We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged/defective items
- A replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be issued
10. Fraudulent Returns
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, including:
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer
- Return of products different from what was purchased
- Chargeback disputes filed before contacting us
- Any other suspicious or abusive behavior
11. Chargebacks
- Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company
- We are committed to resolving any issues directly
- Chargebacks filed before contacting us may result in denial of future orders
12. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping method
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
- International returns may take longer to process due to shipping times
13. Product Exchanges
- We do not offer direct product exchanges
- If you want to order a different product or quantity, please request a refund and place a new order
- For damaged or defective products, we will send a replacement
